Serbian.tech was engaged by the young domestic IT company to help with the attendance at the tech event in Dubai. Our role was to support preparation as well as exhibition and meetings.
IT event date
A young and ambitious team sets goals to position the company as a trusted partner in 2018 for ever-growing Web and mobile development needs.
Part of the effort goes to selected worldwide IT events as a way to achieve the goals set. There were things to do before we could actually show up at the show and present portfolio and services. Several things were done in parallel to meet the deadline.
We started redesigning the website and creating a more up-to-date look and feel with SVG images, animations, and clear sections. Other part involved creating case studies for the platforms they already developed and formatting them for the website as well as a downloadable PDF.
Next step was preparing promo material design and print brochures, business cards, and a roll-up. We also did a screening of the companies (on and off the event) based on client’s criteria to schedule meetings and maximize our 10 days stay in Dubai.
Finally, we also had to source for good accommodation price/quality as well as airline tickets.
