No physical presence in the region
Cloud services company had the desire to open a new market on the Balkan, but they had to face two big challenges, first, the company doesn’t have a physical presence and personnel, and second, a huge language barrier.
Not knowing the market was making even more harder for a company to identify relevant companies for cooperation while having staff to travel to Balkan countries was a huge expense and not productive since it couldn’t be done continuously.
