About Pavle Ivetic
Pavle Ivetic is a co-organizer of the Reinventing Work, a global grassroots movement for people interested in more human-centered, purposeful, and self-organized ways of working.
He has vast experience in coordinating international projects in different industries, ranging from IT and Higher Education to Change Management. He is researching and experimenting with self-organizing teams in organizations, agile methodologies, and new organizational models. He authored and co-authored numerous scientific papers and articles on the topic of improving the organization of work.
Pavle graduated at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, where he is currently pursuing his doctorate. After completing his undergraduate studies, he worked as a Tax Consultant at the KPMG. In 2009 he was hired by the King Baudouin Foundation to develop student and staff mobility at the University of Belgrade, where he has subsequently led numerous international projects. From 2015 to 2017, he was a member of the Higher Education Reform Experts team in the Republic of Serbia (HERE Team). Currently, he is working as a Project Manager at Vast and as a part-time lecturer at the University of Belgrade. He is a member of the Agile Coaching Club and the Scrum Alliance.
Pavle is a tech savvy optimist interested in technologies that are improving everyday life and paradigm-shifting knowledge.
